Will I be billed before seeing a proof?
Yes.  All orders must be pre-paid due to the cost involved in production of a unique material, that cannot be resold.

Can you quote items other than what is listed?
Yes, we can. We can quote both different items and different quantities. Please fill out our contact form.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

How many times will you revise my file?
The number of a file revisions depends on the type of project you have selected. We usually revise file 2-3 times, which gives you the opportunity to make suggestions and guide us during the process.

Can you make a correction to my file after I have accepted the proof?
Yes, we will be able to make changes, but additional fees will be assessed.

PRINT

How do I cancel a job in progress?
Due to the very quick nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive them.   No cancellations or refunds are available on orders where a proof has been approved. 

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?

No, we do not charge any extra for print jobs that have a full bleed. Unlike many other print companies, all of our prices include full bleeds free of charge.

The bleeds added to your submitted file should be 1/8" on all four sides of your document. Due to the very small shifting that may occur during cutting, it is not recommended that you use a border of less than 1/4” if your design calls for the use of a border.  We cannot guarantee that small borders will be the same size after trimming if you have used a border of less that 1/4”.

I saw my proof and I want to change it. How can I do this?

In the confirmation e-mail please state that you REJECT the proof and indicate changes that need to be made.
